Debit cards mailed to customers have a new self-service phone number for activation or PIN changes: (800) 290-7893. This self-service line supports both English and Spanish prompts.

Please note, even if the card you received in the mail has a different phone number on the back, the self-service number you need to call for card activation or PIN changes is (800) 290-7893. International callers may dial (206) 624-7998.
