OMB Bank is pleased to announce that industry veterans Seth Lindsey, Cramer Hass and Lee Keith recently joined the bank to help lead its strategic growth initiatives in Lenexa and the greater Kansas City area.
Seth Lindsey joins OMB as senior vice president and regional president – Kansas City. He has more than two decades of industry experience and has held a variety of leadership roles, honing his expertise in areas such as commercial lending, financial strategy and operational management.
Lindsey’s diverse background includes real estate development, administering bank mergers and acquisitions, and brokering fintech partnerships. In his new role, Lindsey will help guide OMB's strategic growth and profitability efforts in the Kansas City market.
Cramer Hass joins OMB as senior vice president, director of commercial lending – Kansas City. Hass has more than 30 years of expertise in commercial lending. His extensive experience spans key leadership roles where he's developed a profound understanding of commercial lending, relationship banking and the integral role community plays in successful financial partnerships. His in-depth knowledge of business financing, loan structuring and risk management has been instrumental in guiding countless businesses through their financial growth and development.
As the director of commercial lending – Kansas City, Hass oversees and leads OMB’s Kansas City-area commercial banking team, focusing on fostering strong client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of each business.
Lee Keith brings more than four decades of extensive experience and a well-established reputation in the banking and financial services industry to OMB. His career has been marked by leadership roles across several banks in the Midwest where he has served as an executive, director and strategic leader. Notably, Keith also held the prestigious commissioner of finance role for the state of Missouri from 2017 to 2019, further solidifying his expertise in financial regulation and governance.
Joining OMB as a director and chief business development officer – Kansas City, Keith will leverage his deep knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, capital raising, asset management, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, risk assessment and regulatory compliance. His leadership will prove instrumental in supporting the bank's continued earnings growth and strong balance sheet.
At OMB, Keith will be a key resource not only for the bank’s Kansas City team but also its executive leadership, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the bank's position in the market. His extensive experience and strategic insights will help ensure that OMB continues to thrive and expand in an increasingly complex financial landscape.
