Steve Bishop
EVP, Chief Innovation Officer
Steve Bishop leads OMB Bank's strategic growth and innovation initiatives.
His primary focus lies on the identification and development of new revenue streams through OMBX, the bank's wholly-owned integrated banking brand, where he also serves as president. Bishop joined the bank in 2020 as executive vice president and chief operating officer and continues to lead OMB’s IT and organizational development teams while also growing strategic partnerships under OMBX.
Preceding OMB, Bishop had two separate stints at Jack Henry & Associates, most recently as Director of Client Services. Between roles at JHA, he worked for AT&T as a Senior Financial Analyst in its Financial Leadership Development Program and for Citibank as Vice President of Offshore Management.
Bishop is an active member of the Missouri State University Design Thinking Advisory Board. He holds masters degrees in Operations, Finance and Strategy as well as Information Management from Washington University - St. Louis and a bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from Missouri Southern State University.
