Sheryl Asher leads Human Resources at OMB as SVP, Director of Human Resources.
She has nearly two decades of financial services HR experience, joining OMB in 2016 to help lead the bank's recruitment, training and work culture initiatives. Sheryl takes great pride in helping people identify the many career opportunities available in banking and helping teammates continue to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to progress in their career goals.
Sheryl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management & Personnel Administration from Missouri State University. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional and has earned the Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resource Standards Institute.
