A Certified Financial Marketing Professional through the American Bankers Association, Ryan leads all marketing initiatives across the bank’s lines of business with a focus on ROI, innovation and strategic growth. His high-performing team is responsible for developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies across all lines of business including retail, commercial, mortgage, treasury services, digital banking and the bank's dedicated embedded finance brand OMBX.
Ryan has earned industry recognition for his work including the ABA Brand Slam Award for Best Website Redesign in 2022 and was named the Springfield Business Journal's 2024 Top Sales/Marketing Professional. His expertise spans campaign development, media strategy, content creation and data analytics—with a focus on aligning marketing performance with business results.
Ryan is a proud graduate of Drury University with degrees in Journalism and Writing. He’s also a 2022 graduate of the Banking Leadership Missouri program and was named a Christian County Top 10 Under 40 honoree.
